Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email or by using the withdrawal form below).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Digital Content

If you purchase digital content that is supplied immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate performance before the withdrawal period expires.

By giving your express consent and acknowledging this during checkout, you agree that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once the digital content has been made available to you.

If this acknowledgement has not been provided during checkout, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Live Coaching, Mentoring and Other Services

Where your purchase includes coaching, mentoring, consulting or other services, you may request that these services begin before the withdrawal period expires.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after the services have begun at your express request, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided until the time of withdrawal, as permitted by applicable law.

If the services have been fully performed during the withdrawal period after your express request and acknowledgement where required by law, your statutory right of withdrawal may expire.
